For athletic fields, ice arenas, small park events, and large park events please fill out a Manchester Parks & Rec Permit Application.
*Please note that some events in parks will require the approval of multiple City departments. With few exceptions, organizers of these events will instead need to submit a Special Event Application to the City Clerk. The information you provide on this form will assist us in determining whether or not a Special Event Application is required.
